Why we’re building Tiimora
Tiimora grew directly out of our work with accounting firms.
We help them with business structure, processes and organisation. We soon realised that much of their daily workload came from everything around the accounting work, as well as the accounting itself.
Asking clients for the right information, collecting documents, sending reminders, tracking deadlines, assigning tasks, checking what’s been done and making sure nothing is forgotten.
One reminder doesn’t amount to much. Repeated across dozens or hundreds of client files, it takes a lot of time and, above all, a lot of mental space.
Before considering building software, we started putting systems together with Airtable, Fillout, Make and other tools. We automated some reminders, created forms, centralised information and tried to avoid everything depending on one person’s memory.
The same needs kept coming up across different firms.
Meanwhile, accounting software has evolved considerably. Solutions such as Pennylane handle much of the core accounting work very well, but that doesn’t remove everything that happens around it.
A firm can have excellent accounting software and still manage reminders, some client requests, tasks and processes across email, spreadsheets, calendars, WhatsApp and staff members’ memories.

That’s the space Tiimora aims to cover.
We’re deliberately starting with a fairly focused scope: client requests and deadlines.
The initial promise is simple: fewer manual reminders, less to keep in your head and a clearer view of what needs to be done.
Two firms are currently piloting Tiimora. They help us see what gets used, what removes work and what, by contrast, doesn’t add enough value.
The vision may grow broader over time. We can already see how much a tool like this could cover across a firm’s operations.
But we’d rather build around real use than a long list of features decided in advance.
