Tiimora’s action plan
Once the strategy is set, the action plan is fairly straightforward.
We keep the same structure: Attract, Convert, Retain, with Nurturing and Referrals running across all three.
The action plan
Attract
Build attention and trust
- Useful LinkedIn content, LinkedIn advertising
- Consultant partnerships, introductions
Convert
Make the decision easier
- Practical resource, 30-minute process review
- Tailored demo, clear offer
Retain
Deliver the promise and give people a reason to stay
- Guided onboarding, answers to questions
- Usage follow-up, gradual expansion
Across all three stages
Attract
We want to speak directly to firms with 3 to 20 employees about problems they recognise immediately: client reminders, information requests, deadlines and organisation.
We start with LinkedIn content showing exactly how to organise client requests, track missing documents and clarify responsibilities in an accounting firm. We share the method and an example of how it works in Tiimora.
We amplify this content through LinkedIn advertising from the start. Alongside that, we ask for introductions and build partnerships with consultants who help organise accounting firms, trainers and accounting firm networks.
A process map or a request-tracking template helps us understand the firm’s needs and start a useful relationship.
Convert
Conversion needs to start with how the firm actually works.
We offer a 30-minute process review, followed by a demo focused on the problem identified: a client request, a reminder, a deadline or a simple workflow.
The test price is €199 per month.
We’re considering a setup fee, but the amount still needs to be validated.
We make the scope of the offer and next steps clear. Setup is supported to help the firm get started with its first process.
Retain
After setup, we guide onboarding, help configure a first process and answer the team’s questions. A follow-up session helps remove obstacles, check that the firm is getting value and gradually expand usage.
Is the team using Tiimora for recurring tasks?
Are there fewer manual reminders, fewer things to keep in mind and a clearer view of what needs to be done?
We mainly want to measure actual use and perceived value, rather than just login numbers.
Nurturing
Not every firm will be ready at the same time.
We send content and resources related to the need they’ve described: process examples, tracking templates and use cases. Our conversations help answer questions and maintain a good relationship.
The aim is to stay useful until the problem becomes a priority.
Referrals
Trust matters a great deal in this market.
A pilot firm, a satisfied client or a trusted partner can make an introduction that carries far more weight than a cold message.
So we want to take every good interaction seriously, even when it doesn’t immediately lead to a sale.
We track the journey from resources to the process review, then setup, and regular use of the first process. Feedback from firms helps us refine the support and choose which uses to develop next.
Metrics to track
Requests for a process review or demo, setups completed, regular use of the first process and time spent on reminders.
