How we’re building Tiimora’s go-to-market strategy

Audience
Who do we want to serve?
Accounting firms with 3 to 20 employees.
The problem we want to solve is tangible: even with good accounting software, some of the work around it remains manual or scattered across tools, including client reminders, information requests, documents, deadlines and tasks to follow up.
On their own, these aren’t major problems. Repeated across dozens or hundreds of client files, they take time and create mental load.
Two pilot firms are already testing Tiimora, allowing us to compare this hypothesis with real use.
Positioning
Tiimora helps accounting firms with 3 to 20 employees track client requests, documents and deadlines in one place, alongside their existing accounting tools.
It centralises operational follow-up and automates some reminders, complementing Pennylane, Silae and other specialist tools.
The initial promise is simple: fewer manual reminders, less to keep in your head and better visibility.
Offer
What are we offering today?
The current test price is €199 per month.
We’re considering a setup fee, but the amount still needs to be tested.
The first version focuses mainly on client requests and deadlines.
Other features may follow, but we don’t want to sell a complete suite before validating this first use case.
Promotion
How will we reach this audience?
Our three priority channels are:
- Useful LinkedIn content on client requests, missing documents and responsibilities.
- LinkedIn advertising to distribute these resources from the start.
- Introductions and partnerships with organisational consultants, trainers and accounting firm networks.
A practical resource opens the conversation. We then offer a process review or a demo tailored to the firm’s needs.
The two pilot firms should also help us produce concrete case studies if the results are strong enough.
What we want to test
What we want to observe:
- Does the problem actually lead to a purchase decision?
- Do firms adopt Tiimora in their daily work?
- Does the product genuinely remove manual work?
- Which uses become recurring?
- What level of pricing and support is acceptable?
These signals will guide how we expand the product and its go-to-market strategy.
